Terms of Service
Scope of work
Each project's design, features, functionality, and deliverables are agreed upon before development begins. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
Pricing and payment
Quotes are estimates until the project scope is confirmed. Development fees are paid upfront. Domains managed by BASE are billed yearly. Optional monthly maintenance is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time unless otherwise agreed for a specific service.
Timelines
Timelines vary by project size and complexity and depend in part on receiving content, access, and feedback from the client in a timely manner.
Ownership
Upon full payment, the client owns the delivered website content and design. Third-party services, hosting, and domain registrations remain subject to their own providers' terms.
