Information we collect
BASE collects only the information you choose to submit through the quote request or contact forms — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the project details you provide.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver services you request. BASE does not sell or rent your information.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorized BASE administrators. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Analytics
BASE may record anonymous, aggregate usage events (such as page views and button clicks) to understand how the site is used. These events do not include the contents of your form submissions.
Your choices
You may request a copy or deletion of the information you submitted by calling or texting 646-263-0947.
